The Artemis Association for Animals is run by Abood and Eric — two people, one shared inbox. There is no support queue, no automated reply, no assistant sorting your message. If you write to us, one of us reads it and one of us answers it.
We respond to every genuine enquiry within three business days. If your message is urgent — a sponsorship issue, a payment question, a time-sensitive NGO partnership — say so and we will prioritise it.
